what we do during your maintenance

  • Thermostat operation checked / calibrated if needed
  • Inspection of condenser fan and fan blades
  • Checking amperage draw of condenser motor  and compressor
  • Checking refrigerant levels and system pressures
  • Checking belts and pulleys
  • Visual inspection of filters, replacement of filters if readily available/needed
  • Checking motor bearings and other moving parts
  • Testing temperature rise / drop for heating and cooling
  • Testing defrost cycle (when applicable)
  • Visual inspection of furnace / furnace chambers or heat exchanger
  • Visual inspection of accessible flue pipes (furnace)
  • Inspection of pilot system (furnace)
